Hi, I’m Megan Ross
I’m a Meditation Teacher and Inner Growth Coach and am passionate about bringing a greater sense of calm, re-newed confidence and deeper connections into your life. Our world is running at a hectic pace, and while we can’t necessarily slow it down, we can quite easily learn how to navigate the pressures of life we may find ourselves in.
My primary focus lies in sharing the benefits of meditation, while supporting you as you come to understand why you think, feel and behave the way you do. If you’ve never stopped for a moment of introspection, or even if you have, this information can really change the way you move in the world and how the world, in turn, responds to you.
